International attendees can request an invitation letter for Crohn’s & Colitis Congress 2024. You will also need to register for the meeting. Once registered, you will also have the option to print your invitation letter using the Registration Resource Center.
Visa Application Information
Congress encourages you to start your visa application process as soon as possible. Because of new U.S. State Department regulations, U.S. embassies and consulates may require a face-to-face interview for most non-immigrant visa applications. You should apply for your visa at least three to four months before the meeting.

Starting in November 2021, most international visitors traveling to the U.S. will be required to show proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test taken within three days of departure.
