Registration Rates

Membership Information
Members of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and/or American Gastroenterological Association are eligible for the Crohn’s & Colitis Congress member rates. There is a delay between becoming a new member and receiving the member rates in the registration system. The deadlines for becoming a new member and receiving the member rates are listed in the Important Dates section above.
Access Your Registration Record
After registering, you will have access to the Registration Resource Center where you will have the ability to:
- Update contact information
- Print a receipt
- Resend a confirmation email
To access your account, you will log in with your email address used to register and your Reg Badge Number. Your Reg Badge Number can be found in your registration confirmation email (sent from eventconfirmation@xpressreg.net).
Visa Invitation
For attendees traveling from outside of the United States, please use the link for your Visa Invitation.
Cancellation Policy
For registration fees to be refunded, written notice must be sent to congress@maritz.com on or before January 6, 2027. Phone cancellations are strictly prohibited. The amount of registration fees, less a $50 cancellation charge, will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be processed. Substitutions are not permitted.

Photography Consent
A photographer will be present at the Crohn’s & Colitis Congress. Attendees may be photographed and their likeness used for marketing purposes. Management has the permission to use the likeness of any person attending the Congress for marketing purposes.
