COVID Safety Information
Masks and proof of COVID vaccination are required for in-person attendance at the 2022 Crohn’s & Colitis Congress. This requirement includes all attendees, speakers, vendors, exhibitors and staff. Attendees will also be required to fill out a health survey every morning prior to attending any sessions. Additional information about how to securely share your vaccination card will be available in the coming weeks.
Members of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and/or American Gastroenterological Association are eligible for the Crohn’s & Colitis Congress member rates. There is a delay between becoming a new member and receiving the member rates in the registration system. The deadlines for becoming a new member and receiving the member rates are listed in the Important Dates section above.
Access Your Registration Record
After registering, you will have access to the Registration Resource Center where you will have the ability to:
- Update contact information
- Print a receipt
- Resend a confirmation email
To access your account, you will log in with your email address used to register and your Reg Badge Number. Your Reg Badge Number can be found in your registration confirmation email (sent from firstname.lastname@example.org).
For registration fees to be refunded, written notice must be sent to email@example.com on or before Wednesday, January 10. Phone cancellations are strictly prohibited. The amount of registration fees, less a $50 cancellation charge, will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be processed. Substitutions are not permitted.
